Greycliffe
is a delightful villa situated in the quiet and exclusive
Warberries area of Torquay and is set in two stunning acres
of manicured, lawned gardens filled with mature trees and
flowering shrubs.Greycliffe provide a luxurious yet homely
environment for retired elderly people who have reached a
stage in their lives when they require support in their daily
life.
We aim to provide this according to individual requirements,
always ensuring that independence, privacy and dignity are
respected and promoted at all times.
Our care staff, domestic and catering staff are all experienced
and fully trained who carry out their work in a friendly,
respectful and professional manner, providing the highest
standards of care, cleanliness and nutrition. Accommodation
at Greycliffe is provided in 19 single and 2 double rooms,
mostly en-suite, the latter of which can be used for single
or double occupancy.
All are individually and tastefully decorated and personal
items or small pieces of furniture are encouraged in order
to personalise the room further.Colour TV and call bells are
installed in each room and personal telephones can be installed
upon request. Assisted bath and shower facilities are available.
Communal areas offer all the comforts an benefits of living
in an environment that retains everything a home should portray.
Whether relaxing in the lounge overlooking the gardens, or
taking advantage of a pleasant day on the delightful patio,
one can enjoy the peace and tranquillity that Greycliffe has
to offer.
Friends and family are always welcome to visit and will be
assured of refreshments whatever the time of day. Breakfast,
lunch and High tea can be taken in either the dining room
or the privacy of one's own room.
Our menus are varied and healthy, using only the finest local
produce, choice is always available and dietary requests can
be catered for. A varied entertainments/activities programme
is offered for those people wishing to
participate and group/individual outings are arranged to suit
requirements.
A mini-bus is available to provide transport for medical and
social visits and a member of staff is always on available
to accompany when necessary.
