Mr & Mrs Baker and Mr & Mrs Dennis extend a warm welcome to Furzeham Lodge, situated in the picturesque fishing town of Brixham with seaviews and overlooking the park, Furzham Lodge is a comfortable home offering a high standard of short and long term care including day care and respite.Furzeham Lodge is well equipped with two lounge areas - with television & video and bar where a complimentary drink is served at lunch time.

The home is fully central heated throughout, provides a passenger lift to the first floor and has a parker bath for residents requiring assistance with bathing.

The 20 residents' rooms are bright and spacious and equipped with a nurse call system, private telephone and colour television to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. All rooms have separate private en-suite facilities which includes sink and toilet .Our new bathroom is equipped and fitted with the latest facilities to make life just that little bit easier for our residents.

This includes a wheelchair access shower and parker bath special fitted with a chair hoist. The lounge where residents can meet up with friends and enjoy coffee and tea.

There is large and attractive dining area (overlooking the beautiful garden) where well-prepared and nutritious meals are served using local fresh produce wherever possible.

Special dietary needs are fully catered for. Furzeham Lodge provides in-house entertainment, including simple
exercising, board games and video afternoons. We also arrange visits to places of interest, including garden centres, shops and cafes.
